Special Birthday gift valued at 15 pence.
Microsoft’s Xbox Live Rewards service has announced plans to reward players with gifts and special rebates based on their gamerscore.
Members who’ve racked up anywhere between 3,000 and 9,999 Gamescore or ‘Contender’ status (that’s your Kinect families right there) will be treated to a special gift to be delivered on the month of your birthday.
Don’t go expecting any Season Passes or DLC though – the gift will be the average value of 15 pence
That’s not even enough for a Freddo!
Got a higher Gamerscore? You’ll soon be able to get a rebate on your Xbox Live Purchase each month.
Reward users who’ve got between 10,000 and 24,999 Gamescore (or ‘Champion’ status) will be able to get a one percent rebate on their Marketplace purchases.
Not good enough? If you’ve racked up over 25,000 Gamerscore (which according to Microsoft makes you a ‘Legend’), you’ll be able to earn a two percent rebate on your purchases.
