New DLC coming to the Xbox 360 version as well!
Via a new trailer which only Hollywood would be proud of, Ubisoft has confirmed that Trials is coming back to PC.
Trials Evolution: Gold Edition is being described as the “definitive” version of the game which hit Xbox Live last year and will include all the content from the original Trials HD which brings the track count to over 120.
As you’d expect all of the visuals will be optimised for PC, and apparently that’s going to take a while as Trials Evolution: Gold Edition won’t be out until early 2013. Well there’s no point jumping out of the gate too soon, now is there?
If you’re one of the millions of people who played the game on Xbox 360, you’re in luck as Red Lynx also confirmed that their will be a new set of DLC heading to Trials Evolution dubbed auspicously, ‘Origin of Pain’.
The new content will include 36 new tracks catered for the new BMX bike only available in this set of DLC, a new playable island and a bunch of new goodies for players to tinker around with in the level creator. Unfortunately this content won’t be seen in the PC vesion of Trials Evolution, according to a statement seen by Spong, but Xbox 360 owners deserve some special treatment for making the series what it is today.
