Open world racer Need for Speed: Most Wanted will support Microsoft’s motion sensor Kinect on Xbox 360, EA and Criterion has confirmed.
Kinect support was hinted at when the recognisable purple Kinect banner was spotted on the game’s artwork in the game’s latest trailers.
By using your voice, players will be able to attach mods to their car without navigating menus but rather just telling the game which modifiers it would like to use.
“For example, while you’re in your SVT Raptor, you can say “Mods, Nitrous, Burn Nitrous” and your car will instantly be equipped with an extra boost that you need,” explained the official Need For Speed site.
“Need some slicks for the asphalt? Easy: “Mods, Tires, Slicks” and off you go.”
Sounds pretty nifty, right?
Need for Speed: Most Wanted is still on track for a November 2nd release on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC, and PlayStation Vita.
