Monthly car packs to launch day one.
Open world racer Forza Horizon will receive downloadable expansion packs starting this December, Playground Games has confirmed to GamerZines.
The expansions will supplement the monthly car packs that will feature five new automobiles in a similar fashion to the current DLC supporting Forza Motorsport 4.
“What we’re really excited about is some expansion packs we have coming, the first of which will launch on December 18th” said Playground Games’ Ralph Fulton in an interview with GamerZines.
“That will really extend the experience you can have in Forza Horizon.”
But how exactly will these expansions differ from the car packs already planned for Horizon?
“We can’t share any details on that now but we’ll talk more about that after launch,” said Fulton.
Knowing the expansion packs will not be cars, it’s possible that new events and possibly new areas of the Colorado map could be added with DLC.
