Your Shape gets App

Ubisoft has announced a free to download Your Shape: Fitness Evolved App for iOS devices.

The Your Shape: Fitness Evolved App lets players keep track of their Your Shape profiles on-the-go and monitor the progress towards your weight loss goals.

The App is available now to download from the App Store available through your iPhone, iPad or by visiting www.itunes.com/appstore.
