Ubisoft has officially announced Assassin’s Creed III, confirming that the game will take place during the American Revolution.
An all-new assassin feature, who looks to be of Native American origin, and who will be outfitted with brand new weapons, including a bow and arrows and a tomahawk.

The firm says that more details on the game will be released next Monday, March 5th at 5pm GMT.

Assassin’s Creed III launches on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC on October 30th 2012. A Wii U version is also expected.
