Time magazine has named Remedy Entertainment’s Alan Wake as the publications game of the year.
Time dropped obvious choices like Super Mario Galaxy 2, Red Dead Redemption and even Angry Bird in their top 10 videogames of 2010 but one writer’s thrilling torch-em-up shone brightly at the top spot.
The magazine called it one of the most mature games of the year:
"Lots of video-game covers have a bold M on their lower left corner, but none have felt as mature as Alan Wake does."
