Radical and Activision’s open-world hoodie-em-up Prototype is now available on Xbox’s Games On Demand service, conveniently timed with the recent announcement of the sequel. It will be up on PSN tomorrow.
It’s available for £19.99 on Live, with a price still TBD on PSN.
Prototype tells the story of Alex Mercer, a genetic experiment gone wrong. He’s massively angry, wears a hoodie and wants to smash up New York. It could all be an allegory for the Government’s alleged involvement in 9/11. Or it could be a dumbass action game. Either way, it’s good fun.
