Marvel Comics legend Stan Lee has revealed that he will be a playable character in Activision’s latest Spider-Man release, The Amazing Spider-Man.
“Oh, I’m going to be a playable character. I’m going to be a character in that game,” Lee revealed to Addict Of Fiction.
Lee has become renowned for his cameo appearances in film, but this is the first time gamers will be given the chance to play as him in a video game.
Lee didn’t reveal exactly what role his character would play, however.
The Amazing Spider-Man, currently in development at Beenox, is due for release on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii, 3DS, and DS in late June.
The game is based on the upcoming film of the same name.
