Homefront’s Fire Sale Map Pack is available to download now from Xbox Live Marketplace for 240 Microsoft Points.
The Fire Sale Map Pack includes two new maps for use in the game’s multiplayer modes, including Big Box, "a temple of Western decadence" that has become a battleground for the KPA and US Forces, and Spillway, a map set atop a dam.
According to Kaos, the 870 Express Shotgun will also be available to download in-game, and a free premium Homefront theme will launch on Xbox Live Marketplace later today. A demo of the game’s multiplayer popped up on the network earlier this morning.
A patch for the Xbox 360 version of Homefront released last month fixed a number of bugs and errors hanging over from the game’s March launch. The patch made improvements to beacon errors, game freezing and rank resets, and attempted to fix balancing issues.
A price and date for the map pack on other formats is still to be announced.
