Microsoft have announced that 343 Industries is working on a title update for last year’s Halo: Reach.
The update, which is available this October, will add the “Combat Evolved” Magnum Pistol to Halo: Reach’s multiplayer.
It will also introduce various multiplayer fixes including alterations to armour lock to diminish its effectiveness, reduced Active Camo duration and disabling the ability to block sword attacks using any weapon other than another sword.
343 will also add the ability to a configurable reticle “bloom”.
Finally, the update will allow Reach players using Xbox 360 4GB consoles that lack a HDD to utilize Campaign and Firefight matchmaking.
Halo: Reach is out now on Xbox 360.
