Leading UK videogame retailer GAME has announced support from four major publishers bringing a whopping 15 titles to its upcoming consumer expo GAMEfest.
First up is Capcom who will bring playable builds of Street Fighter X Tekken, Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City, Dragon’s Dogma, Dead Rising 2: Off The Record and Asura’s Wrath – some making their UK debuts.
Codemasters will be present to bring players an advance look at F1 2011 before it hit shelves later this month.
Konami has lined up an interesting mix of horror, footy, stealth, and the bizarre with hands-on of Pro Evolution Soccer 2012 as well as Silent Hill Downpour, a mysterious appearance from Metal Gear Solid (we assume either HD collection or Snake Eater 3D) and El Shaddai.
Finally, Namco Bandai will be bringing its crushingly-difficult Dark Souls as well as offering a few laps around Ridge Racer: Unbounded, a spot of gunplay with Inversion, and sky high thrills in Ace Combat: Assault Horizon.
GAME UK marketing director Anna-Marie Mason said: “These four publishers are known for making some of the most exciting games out there and it’s great that we will be able to show our customers their newest releases at GAMEfest.”
GAMEfest kicks off September 16-18 at the Birmingham NEC. Saturday Tickets are already sold out for the show.
