Microsoft has launched a new promotion that offers Xbox Live Free users five free Xbox 360 games when they sign up to Xbox Live Gold.
Available directly through the Xbox 360 dashboard, the promotion offers new customers copies of Halo: Reach, Fable III, Kinect Sports, Toy Soldiers and The Gunstringer for free when they purchase a six month Xbox Live Gold subscription for £26.66.

Microsoft says that codes to download the free games will be sent within four to six weeks.
The promotion is not available to current Xbox Live Gold users and ends on April 3rd 2012.

hmm might buy an xbox 360 at gamestop make an acc buy 6 month then bring the 360 back that way if i ever do get one ill have some games
Is it available for Mexico?
What the hell is that shit? I’ve been an XBL Gold member since the first year it was available, and I get screwed out of free games because I’ve been a loyal customer? I already own Gunstringer and 2 copies of Halo: Reach (legit copy bought release day and free copy for beta testing new disc format), but I don’t own Kinect Sports, Fable III or Toy Soldiers. I’d pay $40 for those three games! Why don’t I have that opportunity?
Why don’t you cancel your current membership cycle, buy a 6-month card and get the games that way?
best 40 bucks ive spent in a long time

Do you complain to the clothes store when they hold promotional offers/sales. I bet you storm straight up to their shop demanding money back 8 months after you bought the item.
Point is, its a promotional offer.
