Square-Enix has announced a partnership with Microsoft that will bring Xbox 360 players an exclusive piece of DLC for Final Fantasy XIII-2.
The DLC offers players a brand new bow weapon for main character Serah called ‘Azrael’.
According to Square, the weapon possesses “the power to change the owner’s destiny” and upgrades your Chain Bonus when equipped.
It’ll cost 80 Microsoft Points (69p) and will be available to download from February 7th, four days after the game’s UK release.
Final Fantasy XIII-2 launched in Japan earlier in the month, with early indications pointing to a much improved sequel to last year’s disappointing FFXIII. The game scored a perfect score in Japanese mag Famitsu.
Final Fantasy XIII-2 launches in the UK on February 3rd on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
