EA has announced that sales of their FIFA series have reached over 100 million units sold worldwide.
Revealing in the company’s Q2 financials, it was also confirmed that FIFA 11, which launched just over four weeks ago, has already sold over 8 million units.
The FIFA series kicked off in 1993 with the release of ‘FIFA International Soccer’ in 1993.
FIFA 11 is currently residing in the UK charts in second place.
