The sequel to THQ’s popular, post-apocalyptic action RPG, Darksiders, may not see the light of day till 2013.
Revealed at E3 earlier this year, it was expected that a release date for Darksiders 2 would be much sooner, but speaking during a financial conference call with investors, in which the company revealed a loss of $47m for 2010′s second quarter, CEO Brian Farrell confirmed that the game is set for release in the fiscal year 2013, which runs between the period of April 2012 and March 2013.
Despite news of heavy losses for the publisher, it insisted that the outlook over the next 10 quarters is encouraging, with plenty of strong games due to release and high expectations surrounding the launch of the "uDraw GameTablet" for Wii which is due out before Christmas.
