Ruffian Games and Microsoft have announced that Crackdown 2 will be getting a new DLC add-on, titled Deluge, on November 16th.
The new content adds two new game modes involving competitive multiplayer, including the titular Deluge mode which is a wave-based co-op game where the aim is to survive against increasingly difficult waves of Pacific City’s denizens and Capture the Orb which is effectively capture the flag with a Crackdown inspired twist.
Also included will be multiple improvements to the various weapons and vehicles included in the game.
This update will be available for 560 MS points but there will also be a free version, so players can sample the new content in other peoples’ games before purchasing the pack themselves, enabling them to offer said content in their own hosted games.
