Capcom US has let slip that Dead Rising: Case West will be released next month, according to a fact sheet obtained by VG247.
The downloadable bridge between Dead Rising and its sequel released earlier this year will feature the return of Frank West, Prestige Point earning photography, Chuck Greene and cooperative gameplay.
Set five years after Dead Rising the plot involves both of the series’ protagonists infiltrating Phenotrans, a corporation they hold responsible for the zombie outbreaks.
Players should expect new combo weapons and enemies, as well as cameos from characters who have featured in the series before.
We can hardly wait!
Capcom has recently revealed that the previous downloadable experience associated with Dead Rising 2, dubbed Case Zero, has attracted over 600,000 sales and the publisher will hope Case West proves just as profitable.
