Call of Duty: Black Ops has been named the best selling video game in the UK, new ChartTrack information can confirm.
The Treyarch shooter published by Activision was released in November 2010 and has since accumulated UK sales of a whopping 3,702,410 as of June 25 overtaking former best seller Modern Warfare 2.
Activision’s UK MD Andrew Brown commented on the news saying: “This is an outstanding achievement for the development team at Treyarch and the amazing Call of Duty community.”
The third Black Ops map pack titled Annihilation was released today on Xbox Live.
