EA has launched an official Battlefield 3 ‘EA Battlelog’ app on the iTunes app store, letting users log into the social networking service and check their BF3 stats direct from their iPhone.
As with the Battlelog website, the free app lets users track their and their friends’ online progress, see which friends are online, look at their upcoming unlocks, access leaderboards, and check out the latest Battlefield 3 news.
The app is compatible with iPhone and iPad (although a bespoke iPad app has yet to be released), and you’ll need an Origin account to use it. An Android version is also in the works.
Be careful not to get it confused with an existing ‘Battlelog’ app, though. Despite appearing like an official EA app, it isn’t. That app also costs 69p.
To download the EA Battlelog app, head over to the iTunes app store.
Company of Heroes 2, Batman: Arkham Origins, Grand Theft Auto V, Watch_Dogs, Beyond: Two Souls and Night of the Rabbit previews.
