Activision is set to announce it is to drop the Guitar Hero series and cancel the reboot of action title True Crime, claim several online reports.
We’re also hearing that Activision will be announcing cuts from DJ Hero developer Freestyle Games.
True Crime was announced in 2009 at the Spike VGAs but has since remained out of the spotlight.
Meanwhile the Guitar Hero series has been in steep decline over the past three years.
