Channel 4′s on demand streaming video service 4OD will launch on Xbox Live on December 20th, GamerZines has learned.
So far, the service has only been given a ‘December’ launch date by Microsoft.
The service will let Xbox Live users stream Channel 4′s selection of catch up and on demand programming.
A similar service is already available on PlayStation 3.
On demand TV streaming services were introduced with the Xbox 360′s Metro dashboard update last week.
A free LoveFilm app is already available to download, with apps for YouTube, blinkbox and MUZU.tv expected to launch by the end of the month.
BBC iPlayer is expected to launch on Xbox Live early next year.
