Creative director urges fans to avoid spoilers and leaks.
Copies of the game have supposedly made their way into the wrong hands as videos containing gameplay and spoilers have already made their way onto YouTube.
“There are people putting the whole thing on YouTube,” 343′s Frank O’Conner told Polygon.
“Microsoft is addressing that a single case at a time, it just takes a little while to handle.”
The game’s creative director voiced this thoughts via Twitter urging fans to avoid any leaks or spoilers that had made their way onto the net.
“I’ve worked for over 3 years making Halo 4. Please avoid spoilers and leaks from thieves for 3 more weeks until the game is out. Thank you.”
Halo 4 launches on Xbox 360 on November 6th.
