New EA Sports MMA Shots Emerge

Big pro-wrestling name makes the cut.

EA has released a trio of shots for its upcoming Mixed Martial Arts game, accurately titled EA Sports MMA.

Current TNA wrestler Bobby Lashley is one of EA's highest profile signings yet
The star of the shots is Bobb Lashley, former WWE champion and still an active member of the TNA pro-wrestling roster. Lashley is currently balancing the fake-fighting world of pro-wrestling with the demands of MMA, but this appearance in EA's debut cage-fighting game suggests that Lashley is serious about his move into combat sports.

EA Sports MMA is the direct competitor to THQ's UFC Undisputed franchise, and is due for release in September 2010. EA has inked a deal with Strikeforce, the USA's second biggest MMA company, and promises a 'global' fighting experience.
