This just gets stranger and stranger. Capcom have unveiled the first two new characters which will be playable in the Mercenaries Reunion mode in Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition, both of which you can see in a video to your left.
Trailer featuring Chris wearing his spiky warrior outfit whilst fighting in the new Mercenaries Reunion mode, which is available on the DLC.The gold edition features plenty of new content catered specifically for long time fans of the series. You can see a schedule of when to expect the forthcoming DLC below:

However if you want all the downloadable content simply wait for the Gold Edition to make its full retail release on March 12th for 360 and PS3 next year.
We really liked Resident Evil 5 when it was released earlier this year and even though it was a bit more action orientated than we expected from Capcom's flagship franchise, it was still as enjoyable and silly as ever.
There's still plenty more to be revealed for this post-release special edition, so keep checking back for more information.

All you have trotted out are the same old boring titles - and yet that's not where the PC action really was, except for maybe Half Life 2. In a decade where over 5 million DOSBox utility's were downloaded, a successful web retailer grew exponentially selling retro PC titles exclusively and where '90's style games' from indie companies became headline news.
The noughties will be known as the first 'multiformat' decade, the decade when mainstream PC only titles practically disappeared, it will not be known for the mostly average shallow multiformat action games we got for PC this year. 1 great title per year for 10 years doesn't make a successful decade for PC gaming. If you had been around in the 90's you would easily have been able to do a Top 100, like magazines actually did back then. In fact - to find this out, you try and JUST do a Top 10 of the 90's and see how it's 1,000 times harder!!!
