Information was posted overnight that another two Dead Space themed games might be heading to 360 and PlayStation 3. According to the report on Kotaku, Wii on-rails shooter Dead Space: Extraction and a new strategy title called Planet Cracker could be released as downloadable titles.
This information comes from a survey issued by EA and suggests that Dead Space: Extraction will be the same on-rails experience, but will be presented in HD. A price of $15 was mentioned. How a game controlled with effectively a light-gun could translate to standard controls is a mystery, but then the game could be released in support of Natal or Sony's Arc.

Given the nature of this story, we may never see either of these games, but it does prove how much effort EA are prepared to put into the Dead Space franchise.
Dead Space 2 is currently in development at Visceral Games and has been given a tentative release window of Q1 2011.
