With a Call of Duty: Black Ops Multiplayer reveal event set to kick off in Los Angeles later today, rumour has been rife that both Activision and Treyarch are to unveil a Beta for the anticipated next entry in the acclaimed series.

Such speculation was heightened today when Leakerz.net posted a collection of images presenting the Beta Client supposedly being downloaded via PlayStation Network, alongside further "leaked" screen captures taken from the official website for the title.

Through directly comparing the images, both the file size and download progress are identical, as well as the concave of the angle to the TV screen being perfect matches, with only the title and image being the only factors that remain to have been altered.
Whilst it still remains to be seen as to whether a Beta is set to be announced later today, we can still take the time to at least debunk this latest "leak."
