One unsuspecting tester about to have a very eventful Monday morning, as he or she shows the world what Nintendo’s redesigned controller looks like.
Over the weekend a new image emerged on the internet showcasing the freshly redesigned Wii U tablet controller.
The image, which can be seen in high resolution by clicking the picture on the right, was posted by a Traveller’s Tales QA tester to Twitter. The studio is believed to be currently working on numerous LEGO-associated games for the first of the next generation consoles.
Readers who examine the picture closely will see two new analogue sticks, a slightly re-jigged Wii U emblem and an altogether snazzier look.
This is the first glimpse gamers have had of redesigned Wii U hardware after it’s unveiling during E3 last year and confirms that Nintendo are sticking with the Wii U name which is sure to confuse many punters on the high-street.
Nevertheless we’re sure the ‘Big N’ will do all they can to successfully relaunch the Wii U at this year’s E3, which runs from June 5-7th.
Be sure to keep checking GamerZines on the run up to, during and after the show. It’s going to be a very interesting couple of weeks…
