Mistwalker’s The Last Story has stormed the Japanese charts taking the number one spot.
Just days after its release, the Wii-exclusive RPG sold exactly 114,722 copies beating competition from PSP newcomers such as Valkyria Chronicles 3 and My Little Sister Can’t Be This Cute.
Some sites are reporting that the game sold out on launch day.
This bodes well for The Last Story as fans around the rest of the world are clamouring to see it be released in the U.S. and Europe.
