Nintendo has announced that its UK head of communications Rob Saunders is to leave the company at the end of the month.
Saunders, who joined Nintendo in 2004, has overseen the launches of the Nintendo DS, Wii and more recently the 3DS as well as award-winning software campaigns for Nintendogs, Pokemon and Super Mario Galaxy.
Nintendo UK’s marketing director Dawn Paine says she’s proud to have had Saunders on her team and that Nintendo wishes him all the best.
"We would like to thank Rob for all his hard work and huge contribution to Nintendo UK," said Paine. "I have personally enjoyed working with Rob immensely over that period and am I proud to have had him in my team. We all wish him the very best of luck for the future which will undoubtedly be stellar."
