Nintendo has stated that it has no intention of dropping the price of its ever-popular Nintendo Wii in the near future.
Nintendo President Satoru Iwata said the Big N is looking to find way of reaching people who still haven’t gotten round to buying a Wii rather than simply dropping the price.
"Of course, we cannot say it will never happen, but we are not thinking of it for the near future," said Iwata speaking to Associated Press.
"Those who really wanted it would have already bought it so now we need to reach those who considered it but never got around to buying it."
Nintendo has released a new limited edition Red Nintendo Wii bundle which is hitting worldwide over the coming months.
