A variety of UK retailers have priced Vita’s first-party launch games, with some titles available from as little as £17.99.
Amazon, Play and ShopTo have each made a selection of Vita’s launch games available to pre-order, with the listings suggesting that there will two tiers of recommended retail prices come launch.
According to the listings, the more expensive titles will carry an RRP of £39.99, with a budget range retailing at £24.99.
At this stage, isometric puzzler Little Deviants and ARG-fighter Reality Fighters seem to be the only budget titles available – with Play reducing them to just £17.99 each, shaving a few pounds off of the RRP.
Everybody’s Golf, WipEout 2048 and Unit 13, meanwhile, carry an RRP of £39.99 each.
The only exception to the rule appears to be Uncharted: Golden Abyss, which, according to the listings, carries an RRP of £44.99.
PlayStation Vita games have yet to be officially priced by SCEE. The firm said earlier in the month that the games would carry a “real value for money”.
The handheld went on sale in Japan over the weekend. It’s due for release in the UK on February 22nd.
