Two million copies of Monster Hunter Portable 3rd have been shipped in Japan during its first week according to Capcom.
The latest instalment of portable monster hunting goodness has already gone down a storm in Japan.
Capcom have yet to announce week or day one numbers but the publisher has said its seen many old and new gamers who got into the series thanks to spin-off Monster Hunter Diary.
Capcom has also confirmed that the Monster Hunter series has reached 15 million units sold.
Monster Hunter Portable 3rd is available in Japan, Capcom has currently not announced a release date for the U.S. or Europe.
