Judging from the latest screenshots of Sony's upcoming action stabber God of War 3, Kratos has never looked so good. We mean that in an entirely platonic way of course. Feel free to check out the beautiful screenshots to the left and there's more below.
And we thought our fingers were stubby...From the looks of it our anti-hero is having a spot of bother with a bunch of armour clad skeletons and a gigantic sea monster.
See that ant like figure near the bottom? That's Kratos.There's also a few select shots of a statue, which may or may not be moving, and Kratos in combat wielding a weapon which looks suspiciously like the Blades of Chaos.

Gravity be damned!The game's plot involves a battle between the Gods and Titans, with many previews suggesting that the ensuing events will mark the end of Greek Mythology as we know it.
Since when does size matter?Series creator David Jaffe has been quoted as saying the third game will be "hell on earth", and even though these screenshots don't entirely paint that picture, time will tell whether Jaffe's comments are accurate.
Three goons are never going to be enough.Everyone can see that the PS3 hardware is really being put to good use and we can't wait to finally get our hands on this epic title when it launches in March.
