MAG releases this week and Zipper have published an update on their Blog detailing what's been changed between the last beta and the release. Obviously, the full game has more maps with the total now up to 15 playable over 5 modes. The retail pack also includes an offline training mode, which was greyed out in the beta, new armour options, cinematics and art galleries. For the hard core they are providing a veteran mode, which will allow you to restart your levelling all over again with an experience bonus.

Exclusive MAG screensBefore you've even got the disc the game has been updated to version 1.01 with a 60-80 MB patch. This will change a number of things, mostly relating to feedback from the beta. You will now be able to knife people whilst you're reloading and you will be able to sprint for 30% longer without tiring. As well as mechanics and bug fixes they have also improved the frame rate, tweaked the lighting and particle effects and improved the audio effects.
