MediaMolecule is looking for a handful of people to help beta test their upcoming Water add-on pack for LittleBigPlanet.

"It's not just a saying you know - we really do need to test the water to make sure the new features all work as planned, and we need your help to do it!" said MediaMolecule, talking on the game's official website.

"How would you like to dive on in to the crystal clear waters and enjoy some splish-splashing about before everyone else? Get out your rubber rings people, this is gonna be one hell of a pool party!"

The kit allows players to create new levels which (unsurprisingly) feature water.

If you want to get involved you'll have to complete a form on MediaMolecule's website, which you can find by clicking the link in the right-hand navbar. Successful applicants will be contacted by email prior to the test beginning.

Though neither a date or price for the kit has yet been revealed by Sony, we'd expect that they'd want to launch it in the weeks following the Game of the Year re-release of LittleBigPlanet, which launches in the US on September 8th.

The Game of the Year edition features the original game plus seven costume and level packs previously released on PlayStation Store, including the rather spiffing Metal Gear Solid one.
