Insomniac Games has refused to comment on the presence of a Resistance 3 billboard spotted two weeks ago on a US film set.
Talking to GamerZines last Friday, both Insomniac's Senior Community Manager James Stevenson and Writer TJ Fixman offered a stern "no comment" when questioned over the presence of the billboard at the set of Battle: Los Angeles, which was filming on Shreveport, Louisiana at the time.

For our latest Resistance coverage, click here to download P3Zine Issue 22 for free.The billboard, which was snapped by a member of popular video game forum NeoGAF, shows the Resistance 3 logo and an image of The Statue of Liberty and The Empire State Building, hinting that the game will be set in New York.
Battle: Los Angeles, which is due for release in February 2011, follows the plight of marines attempting to thwart an alien invasion. Which, if you know your games, sounds a bit like Resistance.
Resistance 2 released on PlayStation 3 last November to critical acclaim. And judging by its cliff-hanger ending, a third must surely be in the works...
