Like getting your dance on to Flo Rida, Kelis, and Kelly Rowland? How about if they were re-recorded in Simlish?
Yes, over twenty chart-topping artists have re-recorded their chart poppers in Simlish for use in the upcoming console versions of The Sims 3 and PC expansion The Sims 3: Late Night, a task the artists found "super bizarre".
"We couldn't stop laughing while re-recording "Double Vision" in Simlish because it just sounds super bizarre," said 3oh!3's Sean Foreman.
"I've always been a fan of The Sims games and could never figure out what the characters were saying in the game. I'm not sure if Simlish can be translated, but it's darn fun to speak!"
Flo Rida, meanwhile, who's re-recorded his single 'Fresh I Stay', was a bit more serious about it, adding, "I'm always trying to find new ways to reach different audiences with my music and The Sims 3 was a perfect way."
The full soundtrack includes the following re-recorded tracks:
*22-20's - "Latest Heartbreak"
*3oh!3 - "Double Vision"
*Aceyalone and RJD2 - "Ever Seen This"
*Aeroplane - "We Can't Fly"
*Alpha Rev - "Phoneix Burn"
*Cody Simpson - "IY IY IY"
*Crash Kings - "You Got Me"
