A new trailer promoting FUSE has shed light on what sort of tone Insomniac Games are going for with their co-op shooter.
The game formerly known as Overstrike shares a similar vibe to Battlefield: Bad Company, with a small group of expendable smarty-pants protagonists shooting their mouths off nearly as often as their guns. The plot involves said mercenaries attempting to steal alien tech from a sneaky government agency, but we suspect this premise is just the tip of the iceberg with the trailer featuring giant mechs and shots of outer orbit space missions.

FUSE will be released on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 during the first half of 2013.
