Need for Speed: Most Wanted “under consideration” for Vita Crossbuy scheme

Could Crossbuy make the PS3 version most wanted?

Criterion’s Need for Speed: Most Wanted may join PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale in the newly announced PlayStation Vita Crossbuy scheme.

The purchase option was announced by Sony yesterday at its pre-Gamescom presser where it confirmed that both the PlayStation Vita and PlayStation 3 versions of the same game could be purchased for the price of one PS3 game (roughly £40).

“We’re taking it under consideration, but we have no specific plans to announce at this time,” said an EA representative regarding Need for Speed: Most Wanted taking up Sony’s Crossbuy scheme.

Most Wanted will be available on both PS3 and PS Vita as well as Xbox 360 and PC on November 1st.
