Prolific Hollywood actor Willem Dafoe will feature in the PlayStation 3-exclusive adventure game, Beyond: Two Souls.
The Oscar-nominated actor from stage and screen joins similarly celebrated talent Ellen Page in the single-player game which features a girl being mysteriously ordained with magical powers, while a medical researcher tries to figure out what is going on in the heroine’s head. We were a bit sceptical of this premise at first but two newly released trailers are proof that this cinematic experience may actually be quite good.
Quantic Dream, the makers of Fahrenheit (known as Indigo Prophecy in North America) and Heavy Rain, also confirmed that development is on track for Beyond: Two Souls to be released on October 8th in North America while an EU date has yet to be determined. This title has definitely gone up a notch on our ‘Most Anticipated Games’ list.
