Anarchy racer Twisted Metal has been delayed into early 2012.
The game’s director David Jaffe made the announcement via the PlayStation Blog stating that Twisted Metal was “just not ready yet”.
Twisted Metal was originally due to ship in the United States on October 4.
“If we shipped Twisted Metal tomorrow – going off the response from folks who have played it – I assure you, it would never be a bad game. Not even close,” said Jaffe. “But we’re aiming for a heck of a lot more than that! With Twisted Metal we plan to ship a multiplayer classic.”
An ‘early 2012′ release window has been slapped on Twisted Metal which is in development exclusively for PlayStation 3.
