Sony giving games for PSN out

Sony is to gift PSN users with two free games following the on-going outage.

"We will be offering PSN users the opportunity to select two PS3 games from a list of five, as well as offering PSP users the opportunity to choose two games from a list of four," reads a recent entry from the European PlayStation Blog which stated that the available titles would be announced soon.

This promotion will be part of the ‘Welcome Back package’ outlined by Sony last weekend which will include 30 days of the PlayStation service (existing customers will receive an addition month plus the number of days service has been down.

Sony is aiming to have PlayStation Network fully operational by May 31.
