The unannounced third-person action-adventure game currently in development at Ready At Dawn has become a next-generation title, the developer has revealed.
According to new job advertisements listed on the developer’s website earlier this month, the unannounced title – which was first uncovered in March last year – will now ship on a “next-generation home console game system”.
“Are you ready to work on an exciting new AAA IP for a Next-Generation home console game system?” asks the developer on its careers page.
“Ready At Dawn is working on a 3rd Person Action Adventure and is looking for talented, motivated and self-directed developers to join our team.”
Could Ready At Dawn be working on PlayStation 4?
When Ready At Dawn’s latest project was first uncovered via job listings early last year, it was revealed that the developer would be moving away from handheld development to focus on home consoles.
However, on February 2nd of this year, the job listings were updated to make mention of the project’s shift onto a next-generation console.
Up until now, Ready At Dawn has focused primarily on handheld development, developing Daxter, God of War: Chains of Olympus and God of War: Ghost of Sparta for Sony’s PSP. The studio also handled the Wii port of Capcom’s RPG Okami.
Outside of job listings, Ready At Dawn has yet to officially reveal its latest project or announce a publisher.
