Sony’s PlayStation Network is to be fully restored by the end of the week in America, Europe, Asia and PAL regions.
This will include the return of the PlayStation Store which has been closed off for over a month following an intrusion in April.
Other additional features will include in-game commerce, redeem features, full functionality of Qriocity and Media Go.
Sony will be offering a couple of ‘Welcome Back’ gifts to gamers including a choice of two free PS3 games and a free month of PlayStation Plus to non-members. Existing subscribers will get an extra 60 days free of charge.
