Sony revealed a new PS3 system software update, v3.55, has been released.
Don’t get your hopes up though, Sony has stated that this is only a minor patch that simply adds a security patch.
Many have said this is combat the PS3 Jailbreak which reared its head in August.
The update is available now should you be compelled to rush over to your system and install it.
