HMV will be giving away free copies of Battle: Los Angeles on Blu-ray to Resistance 3 pre-order customers, the retailer has revealed.
The promotion, which is available through HMV’s website, offers up both Resistance 3′s standard edition and Battle: Los Angeles on Blu-ray for just £39.99. The Blu-ray alone is worth around £15.
This isn’t the first time we’ve seen a promotional tie between Resistance 3 and Battle: Los Angeles.
A Resistance 3 demo was included on the Battle: Los Angeles Blu-ray when it hit stores last month.
The film also outed Resistance 3′s existence when a billboard featuring the game’s logo was spotted on set.
Resistance 3 follows the story of Joseph Capelli’s fight against the Chimera, an invading ‘alien’ force resolute on wiping out humanity.
The game launches exclusively on PlayStation 3 on September 9th.
