A new Gran Turismo 5 patch that will improve the game’s damage modelling is to be released this month says developer Polyphony.
The developer’s boss Kaz Yamauchi promises that the patch will be available "early December" despite being patched already once over the weekend.
Yamauchi said the update would address fix issues with the game’s mechanical damage system which is rewarding players for realistic crashes.
Gran Turismo 5 raced up the charts in its first week taking number 1 in the UK.
