Battlefield 3 isn’t the only game in development at DICE, general manager Karl-Magnus Troedsson has revealed, saying that the developer currently has "other secret projects" on the go.
"You’re here today to have a first look at Battlefield 3," said Troedsson talking in a studio tour video with Game Informer.
"We do have other secret projects that I can’t talk about right now."
But what else could DICE be working on? A direct sequel to Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is a possibility, although the developer has been known to lend a helping hand to other EA studios.
The developer created the game world for last year’s Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit, and developed the multiplayer portion of Medal of Honor.
It had long been rumoured that DICE were hard at work on a sequel to 2008′s Mirror’s Edge, although reports last week suggested that the project had been cancelled.
The studio is currently developing Battlefield 3, an Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC title due for release this autumn.
