Dead Space 2′s Executive Producer Steve Papoutsis has suggested that a demo of Visceral’s upcoming space survival horror could land before Christmas.
When asked in the latest episode of ‘Questions With Steve’ whether a demo could be released "as a Christmas gift", Papoutsis replied:
"Great question, a lot of people are asking that question. Gonna have to do some thinking about that but I would say stay on your toes, stick on the Facebook page, and (wink) you never know."
Papoutsis confirmed back in March that a demo for Dead Space 2 was on the cards, telling G4TV that he wants it to make players say ‘holy shit, I’m going out right now, I’ve got to get this!’
If it’s anything like the first game, we’d say that reaction is pretty much a given, Steve.

Dead Space 2 launches on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC on January 28th 2011.
